Basmati Rice market prices increased earlier this week. 1509 New crop prices increased by Rs 3 per kg. 1121 Creamy Sella new crop prices opened at INR 5800 per quintal. There was sudden increase in all variants of basmati after price introduction of new crop of 1121. Non basmati paddy varieties witnessed an increase in prices as moisture levels have now reached acceptable levels.
