Prices of Wheat, Jowar, Barley and Maize grains are stable with minimal changes. Maize farmers in South India are vary of new infestation on their crops namely Fall Armyworm (FAW). This would worry traders across India as they would be expecting fall in prices during new harvest. In 2018, maize production was very low leading to increased prices across India and increased import of maize for poultry feed.
