PM KISAN Scheme: Seventh Instalment Update

Several farmers haven’t received the seventh instalment of the PM KISAN Scheme. Government clarifies that the farmers that have entered the wrong bank and Aadhaar details will not avail disbursals. Concerning that, here is how to correct the information on the website and use the benefits.

The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme initiated by PM Narendra Modi transfers Rs 6000 to farmers in 4 instalments. On December 25, PM released over 18,000 crores with the same intent. Several Farmers Haven’t Received the Seventh Instalment of PM KISAN Scheme

Correcting the Details Provided in the Official Portal

The major hassle is when Aadhaar card number and bank details are not correct. Follow the steps to correct the Aadhaar card number.

  • Click on the “Farmers Corner” Link
  • Click on the Aadhaar Edit Option
  • A new page will open that allows farmers to check on the Aadhaar information and edit the same.

In the case of bank detail correction, the farmer must visit the nearest agriculture department office.

In all, farmers that haven’t received the seventh instalment of the scheme are requested to check and correct the details on the portal. By doing so the farmer will receive the released amount soon.
