USD/ INR: Indian Rupee Forex Report 4 March

USD/INR- The Indian Rupee settled at 73.16 at 7:45 PM INR on 4 March. The Indian rupee traded between 73.134 and 73.739 today. On the other hand, the dollar index started this month on a high. Accordingly, it’s value increased by 0.07% and settled at 91.07 as of 8:35 PM EST Thursday.

USD/ INR: Oil Prices

The US WTI crude oil prices rose today after experiencing a fall yesterday. However, with the ongoing oil demand concern and the growing coronavirus pandemic, it is on the edge. Accordingly, crude oil increased by 0.23% at 8:00 PM on 4 March to trade at USD 63.98 per barrel globally. On the other hand, Brent Crude trading at USD 66.83 per barrel as it was traded 0.13% higher on Thursday.

USD/ INR- Gold Prices

Precious metal prices began this week on a high but fell for two consecutive days Accordingly, gold futures decreased by 0.87% or 389.00 Rupees to settle at 44559.00 per 10 grams on the multi-commodity exchange. Likewise, Silver futures plummet by 1013.00 Rupees or 1.53% to settle at Rs. 65100.00 per kg. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the COVID-19 mutants kept precious metals’ prices on edge this year. In the international market, Spot Gold was trading at USD 1716.20 per ounce in New York. On the other hand, Silver traded at USD 26.16 per ounce.

USD/ INR- Sensex Today

The BSE Sensex falls on 4 March following the two days gain momentum. Accordingly, Sensex decreased by 1.16% or 598.57 points. Thereby ending the session at 50846.08 at 4:10 PM IST Thursday. Similarly, the NIFTY decreased by 1.08% or 164.85 points and ended up at 15080.75.
