Total buying on Tuesday was reported at INR 5340.81 crores and selling reported at INR 6169.30 Crores <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strong US Dollar Index (DXY)<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>After closing at 98.31 on Tuesday <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketwatch.com\/investing\/index\/dxy\">US Dollar Index<\/a> opened today at 98.50, up by 0.17%. Rupee will struggle to sustain against US Dollar due to strong DXY <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> <strong>Government\u2019s Solution to Fiscal Deficit<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Officials are set to meet this week to decide the borrowing\nplan until the end of financial year 31<sup>st<\/sup> of March 2020. Tax cut\ndecision might have been beneficial to the corporate sector and equity market\nof India but has created a huge hole in the government funds. Government needs\nto find solution to fiscal deficit as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Volatile Market Situation <\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports in Europe and Japan of slowdown due to decline in\ntrade also spread to global markets. Sensex closed flat at 39097.14 on Tuesday after\nhitting day high at 39215.67. Two day rally of NIFTY and SENSEX is set take a\ntoll with global market sentiment turning negative due to fear of recession. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Crude Oil Falls by 2%<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Crude oil prices fell by 2% on Tuesday after reports that\nSaudi Oil production has restored by almost 75% since the oil attacks. In\naddition, US oil production has increased and there are reports of new oil production\nin Norway and Brazil. According to experts, \u201ccrude oil market is over supplied\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>US-China Trade War Escalation<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>US President Donald Trump on Tuesday criticized China\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grainmart.in\/news\/hiked-tariffs-to-be-major-discussion-point-ahead-of-howdy-modi-meet-between-trump-and-modi\/\">unfair trade practices<\/a> at United Nations General Assembly further escalating trade war between the countries. \u201cNot only has China declined to adopt promised reforms, it has embraced an economic model dependent on massive market barriers, heavy state subsidies, currency manipulation, product dumping technology transfers and the theft of intellectual property and also trade secrets on a grand scale,\u201d Global market sentiment turned negative after comments by US President. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INR is set to trade between 70.80 \u2013 71.05 today as per our forecast.\nWe expect rupee to
