Further, it aims to bridge the gap between the fund requirement and availability (monetary source) by bank fund mobilization. Thus, the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) initiative assists to attain the working capital at a subsidized rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Role of KVIC in the <\/strong>Interest Subsidy Eligibility Certificate <strong>Scheme\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>KVIC has to procure finance from<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grainmart.in\/news\/rbi-begins-probe-into-agricultural-loan-diversion\/\"> RBI <\/a>and also, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nabard.org\/\">NABARD<\/a> to fulfill the capital requirements of the Khadi institutions. Further, implement an appropriate campaign that aids the cause. However, with a certain specification, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Must possess a Khadi certificate<\/li><li>Further, enrollment under KVIC<\/li><li>Besides, the co-operative societies, if they are under the co-operative societies<\/li><li>Additionally, charitable or religious trusts that assist people are eligible <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Financial Assistance<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>As cited earlier,\nthe beneficiary avails a financial aid by the KVIC (from central government),\nif and when the interest rate exceeds 4%. Thus, the applicant has to pay only\n4% while the rest is taken care of. Further, a concession is offered to these\ninterest rates attained by the applicant.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Applying to avail\nthe Benefits ISEC Scheme&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Initially, the Khadi\ninstitution will apply for financial assistance from financial banks. However,\nthe application is sided by the KVIC issued ISEC certificate. Following that,\nis the sanctioning of the capital. Further, depending on the capital, the bank\nwill apply for reimbursement from respective nodal agencies.
