The<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grainmart.in\/news\/usd-inr-indian-rupee-forex-report-28-january\/\"> Indian rupee<\/a> traded between 72.930 and 73.416 today. On the other hand, the dollar index started this week on a high. Accordingly, it&#8217;s value increased by 0.26% and settled at 92.22 as of 9:27 AM EST Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-usd-inr-oil-prices\">USD\/ INR: Oil Prices <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The US WTI crude oil prices fell at the beginning of the week despite last weeks&#8217; steady rise. However, with the ongoing oil demand concern and the growing coronavirus pandemic, it is highly uncertain. Accordingly, crude oil decreased by 0.65% at 8:10 PM on 8 March to trade at USD 65.66 per barrel globally. On the other hand,\u00a0Brent\u00a0Crude was set at USD 68.83 per barrel traded 0.76% lower on Monday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-usd-inr-gold-prices\">USD\/ INR-  Gold Prices  <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Precious metal prices began this week on a low. Accordingly, gold futures decreased by 0.50% or 225.00 Rupees to settle at 44458.00 per 10 grams on the multi-commodity exchange. On the contrary, Silver futures rose by 112.00 Rupees or 0.17% to settle at Rs. 65715.00 per kg. The emergence of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/\">COVID-19<\/a> pandemic and the COVID-19 mutants kept precious metals&#8217; prices on edge this year. In the international market, Spot Gold was trading at USD 1697.00 per ounce in New York. On the other hand, Silver traded at USD 25.48 per ounce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-usd-inr-sensex-today\">USD\/ INR- Sensex Today<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The BSE Sensex rose on 8 March following the last week&#8217;s crash. Accordingly, Sensex increased by 0.07% or 35.75 points. Thereby ending the session at 50,441.07 at 4:10 PM IST Monday. Similarly, the NIFTY increased by 0.12% or 18.10 points and ended up at 14,956.20. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>USD\/ INR- Indian currency settled at 73.29 against the US Dollar.
