On the other hand, the dollar index rose today after experiencing a sharp fall last two days. Accordingly, it rose by 0.05% and settled at 90.64 as of 9:19 PM EST Thursday.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-usd-inr-oil-prices\">USD\/ INR: Oil Prices <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The US WTI crude oil prices fell today after rising the entire week. The oil <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grainmart.in\/news\/farmers-protest-msp-apmcs-and-legit-farmers-demand\/\">demand <\/a>concern and the growing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grainmart.in\/news\/coronavirus-covd-19-live-cases-tracker-john-hopkins\/\">coronavirus pandemic<\/a> fear kept the investors on edge. Accordingly, crude oil fell by 2.94% at 9:32 PM on 18 February to trade at USD 58.74 per barrel globally. On the other hand,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.grainmart.in\/news\/brent-touches-five-month-high-due-to-30-cuts-in-supply-from-abu-dhabi\/\">Brent\u00a0<\/a>Crude trading at USD 62.23 per barrel as it was traded 2.66% higher on Thursday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-usd-inr-gold-prices\">USD\/ INR-  Gold Prices  <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Precious metal prices fell to over a two month low. Accordingly, gold futures decreased by 0.27% or 127.00Rupees to settle at 46110.00 per 10 grams on the multi-commodity exchange. Likewise, Silver futures decreased by 754.00 Rupees or 1.09% to settle at Rs. 68477.00 per kg. The emergence of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/\">COVID-19<\/a> pandemic and the COVID-19 mutants kept precious metals&#8217; prices on edge this year. In the international market, Spot Gold was trading at USD 1776.93 per ounce in New York. On the other hand, Silver traded at USD 27.27 per ounce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-usd-inr-sensex-today\">USD\/ INR- Sensex Today<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The BSE Sensex ended in the red on 18 February. Accordingly, Sensex decreased by 0.73% or 379.14 points. Thereby ending the session at 51,324.69 at 4:10 PM IST Thursday.
