Exporter should make the final packing list and invoice before handing over\nthe same to EIC\/EIA for placing request of inspection. Following documents are\nrequired for placing request at EIC\/EIA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Invoice<\/li><li>Packing List<\/li><li>Intimation for Inspection under CWI Annexure 1<\/li><li>Copy of Proof of Fees Paid for Inspection<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>All exporters are aware of format of Invoice and Packing list. This will\nbe lot wise 1<sup>st<\/sup> lot 149 MT max, Second lot 150-249 MT, Third Lot 250\nMT onwards (Online fee submission to EIA-Mumbai or EIA Kochi check with EIA\noffice on call before making the payment)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For export to Netherlands Ochratoxin will be\ntested additionally. For each lot similar to above fees will be INR 4000 for combined\nAflatoxin+Ochratoxin + 18% GST. Make sure the stock is packed in bags. After inspection your company will receive, two sealed stamped for reference or dispute in future. In addition, expect to pay fumigation charges for the stock after inspection.
